Job Details

• Assists the General Manager in overseeing daily plant operations, with a focus on maintaining a strong presence on the plant floor to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Reviews departmental objectives and evaluates daily activities across all departments to maximize plant capacity and efficiency.
• Analyzes production costs and product quality, adjusting production, tool programs, and inventory controls as needed to improve operations.

-Develops plans to optimize machine, manpower, and material utilization, while motivating staff to achieve performance standards.

• Addresses departmental and customer complaints, resolves issues, and ensures plant floor cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards are met.
• Collaborates with the Quality team to maintain high build standards and effective training programs.
• Supports management staff and represents the facility with vendors, community stakeholders, and during guest tours, with opportunities for career advancement.
