**Description:** Maintains the property in & out in perfect painting conditions, taking care of all walls, wall paper, plastering, taping, mixing furniture finish & maintenance.

**Pay:** Dependent on experience.

**Hours:** F/T, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

**Qualifications:** Experience of 1-3 yrs. in painting, stucco patch & repair, texturing, drywall, staining and coating in commercial applications.
